Simply Sautéed Shrimp Alfredo
Shrimp has lots of flavor if it is cooked right! I use Extra Virgin olive oil, white wine and a pinch of garlic to gently sauté the shrimp. Then I add our delicious Alfredo Sauce and Fettuccini noodles. Now, the enchanting flavor of the shrimp stays with your dish! Then, you may add fresh mushrooms, onions or broccoli for $1 if you like!

Delicious Italian Ribeyes
Thin Cut Lunch 8-10 oz Ribeye. We marinade our steaks with Rosemary, Garlic and other Italian spices, and then grill it to your specification. The steaks are served with a generous portion of our Milanese Potatoes, Fresh Green Beans, Baby Carrots and Broccoli, lightly sauté /steamed with olive oil.

Meaty Baked Ziti

Spicy Chicken Rosso
We ate this dish almost every day after lunch for the first six months we were open! We mix the Alfredo and the Marinara Sauce with red pepper flakes to taste and toss it with the Italian Chicken and Bowtie pasta creating a Surprisingly tasty and spicy dish!

Michelle's Chicken Marsala ......
Named after my daughter, we start with two Fresh 5 oz Chicken Breasts, sautéed in a delightfully sweet Marsala wine sauce. Then we add fresh chopped garlic, mushrooms and onions to make it deliciously perfect. It is served with our Potatoes Milanese and fresh steamed vegetables. This dish is a bouquet of flavor!
